A: No! You can do any type of physical activity as long as you increase your heart rate or break a sweat. National physical activity guidelines recommend that adults achieve at least 15 minutes of aerobic physical activity and two strength training sessions per week.

Q: Do team members have to be physically active at the same time?
A: No, team members do not have to be physically active together at the same time.

A: No, you do not have to make a new account. You will be asked to register again after logging into your account and will be asked to set new goals for the new session.
